Phone Service Over Your Internet Connection
VoIP uses your internet connection instead of a traditional copper telephone line. It can operate over suitable NBN, fixed wireless and other reliable broadband connections.
Because call quality depends on the underlying internet and network, Gippsland Communications can also assist with routers, WiFi, networking and internet connectivity where required.
Important Information About VoIP Services
VoIP services require a suitable internet connection, network equipment and mains power.
During an internet outage, power outage or network equipment failure, your VoIP service may not operate. A charged mobile phone or another backup communication method should remain available for emergency calls.
